About Hilling Technologies

Hilling Technologies is a technology holding company based in Pittsburgh, PA. The company was founded at Carnegie Mellon University in 2010 by Douglas M. Hilling II. The founder's vision is to harness the creativity and ability of the university's brightest minds, through cross-campus collaboration, to create world class web-based technologies.

We offer computer science engineers the unique opportunity to turn an idea into reality by challenging them to marry their technological skills with their ability to think both innovatively and entrepreneurially. Our collaborative culture promotes the interaction between technology and business professionals to create a learning environment where entrepreneurs learn current business practices and start-up fundamentals. We work with aspiring entrepreneurs to motivate them to pursue their dream of one day owning a business.

We currently hold a portfolio of one web-based project that is staffed with three world-class entrepreneurs. We will plan to pursue other opportunities and encourage anyone who is interested in working with a young and energetic start-up to contact us.
